Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET​/React

General information

As part of our development team, you will be responsible for the further development of our enterprise software for marketing automation. With this solution, our more than 200 customers from a wide range of industries control their digital marketing campaigns at every touchpoint - automated, individualized and intelligent based on AI.

• As part of our agile software development practices following the Scrum framework, you will design and build complex software systems using C# on the Microsoft .NET platform, while working with cutting‑edge technologies such as Claude Code.
• You will advance our company's capabilities in agentic coding, shaping the future of AI‑driven development.
• You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from conception and implementation through to integration into our system landscape — leveraging the full range of Azure Dev Ops capabilities, including Git‑based version control, test plans, and build and release pipelines.
• You will work hands‑on with modern cloud technologies to develop real‑time web applications and drive their deployment and hosting on Microsoft Azure.
• Your tasks will also include integrating our state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions with our data science team.
• You are also comfortable with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and Type Script and their build and test processes and can thus build the bridge to frontend development.
• You contribute to the foundational aspects of the software development process — including design, planning, estimation, and code reviews — and act as a trusted advisor to a cross‑functional team comprising the Product Owner, Full Stack Developers, SQA Engineers, and the Helpdesk team supporting our customers.

• A successfully completed degree in computer science or in a similar field.
• Good knowledge of .NET (C#), JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
