As a Senior Staff iOS Engineer, you will set technical direction for iOS and the mobile-facing systems that shape product quality across customer workflows. You will work from deep iOS expertise while influencing the architecture, standards, and system contracts that help teams build reliable native experiences across initiatives.

This is a hands-on Senior Staff role with significant architectural ownership, multi-team leverage, and long-term product impact. You will help teams move faster while preserving the quality, reliability, and trust that enterprise mobile experiences require, including by shaping how AI-enabled development changes mobile engineering.

• Set iOS-rooted mobile-system direction:
  
  Define the technical direction for iOS and the mobile-facing systems that make Alpha Sense experiences fast, reliable, secure, and easier to evolve across teams.
• Lead through hands-on iOS system design:
  
  Turn complex mobile-system problems into durable production architecture grounded in deep iOS expertise.
• Scale reliability and execution practices:
  Shape how mobile work is designed, reviewed, tested, shipped, and operated across initiatives, including the automation, observability, rollout practices, and AI-enabled validation needed to move quickly with confidence.
• Create durable mobile-facing system contracts:
