About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Executive (DACH), you will drive sales of Cast AI’s cloud SaaS solutions in the Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and Dev Ops space. You will be a goal‑oriented, people‑focused professional who excels in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and closing deals.

Requirements
  • Based in Germany
  • Native or fluent German speaker
  • Proven experience in opportunity assessment, value discovery, value demonstration, and value delivery
  • 2+ years as an Account Executive
  • 2+ years working with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Strong ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing with a commitment to long‑term customer satisfaction
  • Outbound obsession
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud sales lifecycle, and cloud market is a significant plus
