Responsibilities

• Specialist servicing of industrial clients in the liability line
• Technical support for national and international clients on all contract- and specialty-related matters in close cooperation with the international team
• Review of existing policies and analysis of the current risk situation
• Placement and renewal of policies and insurance programs
• Correspondence and negotiations with clients, insurers and other partners
• Active support for sales, e.g., through client-specific tenders and the development of tailored insurance solutions
• Claims handling and coordination

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk or a comparable degree
• Solid expertise in the liability line
• Good knowledge of products and terms in the insurance market
• Friendly and confident manner
• Analytical skills, persuasiveness and reliability
• Customer focus, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
