** Tasks:
*** Lead and support the procurement team to ensure a professional and efficient organization
* Manage selected product categories within indirect procurement
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for these categories
* Build, manage, and optimize a competitive pool of suppliers, including relationship management and compliance with internal policies
* Oversee the full contract life cycle, including approval processes, in close collaboration with legal and relevant departments
* Plan and execute RFQ processes for assigned categories
* Drive harmonization and improvement of procurement conditions across the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
* Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and digitalization within indirect procurement
** Profile:
*** Minimum of 5 years experience in procurement, particularly in common indirect spend categories
* Strong negotiation skills with a results oriented mindset
* Solid understanding of legal terminology in both German and English
* Strong project management and a goal-driven mindset define you
