As a Trainee in “Market Management Direct Sales Model”, you work at the interface between the MPC (Market) and the Sales Steering in HQ. You ensure to achieve the agreed targets by enabling and supporting the respective Market. You regularly analyse plan vs. actuals, detect disturbances that might hinder the Market from achieving the target. By doing so, you develop counter and mitigation measures in order to bring the Market back on track.
You also do watch and analyse competitor activities and derive necessary adjustments in Pricing, Sales Channel Steering and marketing communication.
In the Market Management Direct Sales Model you are in the center of sales steering and connecting the dots between, finance, production planning, the Market and logistics. Partially you do are also responsible for achieving the Market individual CO2 compliance. More and more of the sales steering is guided by AI knowledge base and data driven algorithms therefore you need to understand and interpret given recommendations in a business intelligent way and challenge the Market with the outcome.
Qualifications- An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Business Administration, Economics
- Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
- At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
- Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
- We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility
- Excellent English skills (C1)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
