Account Manager

We’re looking for a Dental Products (3D scanner and 3D printer) Sales professional with a track record of beautifully storytelling, empathy for market experience, and an appreciation for sales practice to take care of our DACH market. In this role, you will work with our products, marketing and sales teams to define and execute the sales strategy for SHINING 3D, use data and insights to develop a strong point of view on how to continue growing our products sales, and drive awareness and adoption through a broad range of sales and growing profit.

• Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned European countries.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored strategies for the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and regional events when required.

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in account management related to dental business.
• Strong understanding of the DACH market and multicultural business environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
