Where You Make An Impact:

• Project Planning & Delivery
  :
  Plan, execute, and monitor projects by defining objectives, roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
• Process & System Transformation
  :
  Lead IT- and process-related initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and the optimization of existing workflows
• Stakeholder Management
  :
  Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Sales, Logistics, IT) as well as external service providers to ensure effective coordination and knowledge transfer
• Budget, Resource & Risk Management
  :
  Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks; identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Communication & Reporting
  :
  
  Prepare status reports and decision documents, and conduct workshops, presentations, and regular updates for senior management

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
• Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands-on experience using project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English;
  German is a strong asset
