Principal Strategy & Consulting

As Principal Strategy & Consulting, you will bridge business strategy, customer challenges, AI, technology and delivery. You will identify emerging market opportunities, develop scalable growth plays and help clients solve their most important business challenges. We’re looking for an experienced consultant with strong strategic and commercial instincts, ideally from a leading consulting or digital transformation firm such as IBM iX, Accenture Song, Publicis Sapient, Valtech, VML, DEPT or Merkle.

This role operates as an individual leader leveraging cross‑functional delivery teams, with the mandate to build a dedicated team as revenue grows.

As Principal Strategy & Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in that transformation.

You will help evolve MSQ DX from a leading technology and implementation partner into a trusted advisor for growth, AI and business transformation. Working across new and existing clients, you will develop differentiated offerings, shape executive conversations and build strategic propositions that combine the strengths of MSQ DX, the wider MSQ Group and our technology ecosystem.

• Develop differentiated service offerings and scalable propositions by combining AI, technology, MSQ capabilities, partner expertise and market trends.
• Lead strategic pitches, executive workshops and advise clients on growth, transformation and innovation while shaping compelling executive narratives.
• Build consulting frameworks, methodologies and strategic standards to strengthen MSQ DX’s consulting profile.
• Connect client challenges with the wider MSQ Group ecosystem, leveraging AI, data, insights and partnerships to create differentiated solutions and identify new growth opportunities.

• Successfully launched strategic offerings that create higher‑value transformation opportunities and increase executive client engagement.
• Stronger cross‑utilization of MSQ Group capabilities, resulting in growth in consulting revenue and strategic projects.
• Established the foundation and business case for a future dedicated Strategy & Consulting Practice.

• Experience in digital strategy, customer experience, commerce or transformation consulting
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
• A deep understanding of technology‑enabled business transformation
• A solid understanding of how AI can be operationalized to drive business value and efficiency for clients.
• The ability to connect business challenges with practical, scalable solutions
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to lead strategic client conversations
