Agency Manager – Car Rental

• Comprehensive onboarding into the responsibilities of an Agency Performance Manager.
• Responsibility for ensuring and optimizing operational performance and processes at agency locations.
• Manage and provide direct on-site support to partners through a strong local presence (at least 3 days per week).
• As a Change Manager, explain the company strategy, provide constructive feedback, and actively advise partners on their ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with all processes, optimize the appearance of locations, and enforce required standards.
• Identify areas requiring action through continuous KPI monitoring and initiate the necessary management and sanctioning measures in the event of violations.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new partners and the preparation of contract negotiations.
• Lead processes related to partner separations and site selection.

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• You have solid, specialized and cross-functional professional experience in a branch-based company in the services or retail sector, ideally within an international corporate group.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• You are able to manage conflicts and have strong assertiveness.
• You work independently and in a highly results- and success-oriented manner, and are willing to travel extensively.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others in your role as an advisor and Change Manager.
• You have experience working on cross-functional, international projects.

Demonstrates expertise in operational performance optimization, compliance enforcement, and partner management within the services or retail sector. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead change initiatives while effectively communicating and advising partners are essential.
