As our Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) you are the operational engine that keeps our photonic computing projects on track.

Owner, Project Manager, andourcross functionaltechnicalteams. Thisroleisaboutprovidingmaximumteamleveragebymaintainingstructuredoverviewsoftechnicaldevelopmentsandensuringthatourcomplexprojectplansaretranslatedintoprecise,actionable workflows.

• Operational Force Multiplier:
  
  Support the Product Owner and Project Manager inplanning,coordinating, and tracking complex photonic projects to ensure the team remains focusedonstrategic decisions.
• Documentation Architecture:
  
  Own and maintain the integrity of project documentation,including schedules,technical records,action items, andstatus reports to ensure accuracyandaccessibility.
• Meeting & Workshop Mastery:
  
  Facilitate meetings,workshops, and stand-ups,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandthat every session resultsinclear,tracked deliverables.
• Milestone &Dependency Tracking:
  
  Maintainaclear overview of project backlogs,technical dependencies, and milestones,providing high-level transparency to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic Reporting Support:
  
  Assist inpreparingsophisticatedproject dashboards,presentations, and reports for management,translating technical progress into structured updates.
• Process Excellence:
  
  Ensure strict adherence to project templates and agile workflows(Scrum/Kanban),contributing to the continuous improvement of efficient reporting mechanisms.

• Academic Foundation:
  
  Youhold aBachelor’sdegreein Business, Management, Physics,or Industrial Engineering.
• Technical Literacy:
  
  Youhavepriorexperiencesupportingprojectteams,preferably within atechnicalorengineeringenvironment, andcannavigatecomplexprojectlifecycles.
• Tool & Agile Fluency:
  
  Youareproficientwithprojectmanagementsoftware (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project) andhavea solidunderstandingof
  
  Agileframeworkslike Scrumor Kanban .
• Analytical Self-Leadership:
  
  Youpossessa highdegreeofself-organization andasolution oriented mindsetmaintainingcalmandefficiencyevenunderthepressureoftightdeadlines.
