• Consult customers and potential clients on implementing business requirements into IT solutions.
• Capture specific requirements from the client’s business units.
• Build holistic solution concepts aligned with business unit requirements and the client’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct requirement analysis and present developed solution concepts.
• Respond to RFPs/Ausschreibungen for cloud, managed service, and outsourcing deals.
• Analyze technical customer requirements in existing or new environments.
• Integrate cloud technologies into the customer’s enterprise IT environment.
• Act as the point of contact for sales support.

• Experience in developing IT roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Confident communication with various stakeholder groups.
• Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation.
• Self‑directed, structured, and reliable work style.
• Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and experience in IT service management.
• German C1 language skills, English B2 language skills.
