* As a working student (m/f/x), our HR team actively supports the digitization of the eFile.
* You will be responsible for the careful preparation and precise subdivision of personnel files, following specified categories and document types and always ensuring compliance with statutory deletion deadlines.
* Your tasks include accurately sticking barcodes on each file, efficiently capturing it using a barcode scanner and properly packing the personnel files in boxes.
* In addition, you will actively support our HR Service Team in a wide range of administrative tasks of day-to-day business, such as the preparation of employment contracts, references and the processing of changes in working hours.
* You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of (business) psychology, business administration or a comparable course of study and would like to gain valuable insights into the HR sector alongside your studies.
* You are characterized by your structured and conscientious way of working, so that you always complete assigned tasks reliably and precisely.
* Very good German and English skills round off your profile and as a team player (m/f/x) you look forward to working regularly with your colleagues (m/f/x) in our office in Ulm.
