- 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
- Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
- Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT
- 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
- Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
- Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT
- Procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance and documentation of the complete IT equipment (hardware and software)
- Inventory of the complete IT equipment
- Database maintenance and maintenance of ERP systems, Windows Active Directory and other company applications
- Maintenance and updating of all hardware and software documentation
- Assistant tasks in project management, especially project planning and tracking
- Vacation replacement of the IT system engineer
- Management of network infrastructure (switches, access points, cabling, network cabinets)
- Training as an IT specialist for system integration / studies
- Advanced network skills
- Customer-oriented, helpful, communicative, independent work
