We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Commercial Operations Coordinator to become a valuable member of our client’s D-A-CH team and strengthen our client’s Commercial Operations activities.
In this role, you take responsibility for operational support for our client’s Marketing, Market Access, and Customer Solution functions.
The position is based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area, with the flexibility to work in the office or remotely from home.
The position offers a hybrid work model, combining time in the office with the flexibility to work remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support within the Commercial Operations department.
- Manage contracts with vendors, agencies, and healthcare professionals in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
- Handle invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking in Oracle and Jaggaer.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial operation processes and workflows.
- Support customer solutions in vendor management by addressing customer needs.
- Project Management: organize events, manage timelines, and coordinate with external agencies.
- Campaign Support: assist with planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, print).
- Contact and administrative maintenance of regional contracts with market access stakeholders (i.e., payers and pharmacies).
- Support activities to ensure patient access in Austria and Switzerland.
- Liaise with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical, Finance, Compliance) to support aligned execution.
- Maintain clear, professional communication in both German and English.
- Experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in commercial support (i.e., event logistics, contract handling, external stakeholder management, and invoice processing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion and reliability in handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Teams) and familiar with administrative systems such as Oracle or Jaggaer.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced work environment.
Native-level German and fluent English (minimum C1).
Work LocationBased in the Frankfurt/Offenbach area.
