As a Technical Service Now Administrator/Solution Consultant
, you will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and optimizing our Service Now environment—ensuring a secure, stable, and efficient platform that supports our organization’s digital service delivery.
The following tasks await you:
- Platform Operations & Maintenance: stable and secure operation of the Service Now platform through regular system checks, performance monitoring, patching, and upgrades.
- Implementation & Configuration: implement and configure new Service Now modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM) and integrations with third‑party systems.
- Development & Automation: design and develop Service Now components, workflows, and automations to enhance usability and operational efficiency.
- Incident, Problem & Change Management: handle 2nd‑level support for Service Now‑related incidents and problems, perform root cause analyses, manage change requests, and support release processes.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align Service Now capabilities with business requirements and contribute to a culture of stability, service quality, and innovation.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, at least 4 years of experience in Service Now administration within enterprise IT environments.
- Passion for building, maintaining, and evolving enterprise service platforms, with a strong focus on Service Now operations, ITSM processes, and platform governance. Mandatory:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA); ITIL Foundation or Service Now developing skills are a plus. - Expertise in Service Now Administration, ITSM and CSM modules, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB, JavaScript, platform upgrades, and experience performing health checks and troubleshooting within complex enterprise environments.
