As a Senior SAP Technology Consultant & Developer, you will play a key role in our company's success by advising clients and developing SAP solution architectures (SAP HCM/HXM and SAP S/4 HANA) in diverse system landscapes. You will be responsible for the technical conception, consulting, and implementation of complex projects, serving as the primary contact for project management, the project team, and clients on high-sensitivity technological issues.

• Consulting clients and designing SAP solution architectures focusing on SAP HCM/HXM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, and related frameworks and tools, with comprehensive knowledge of SAP software development and integration.
• Taking responsibility for the technical conception and realization of SAP-based solutions, adhering to relevant methods, strategies, standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Developing and implementing best practices.
• Contributing to new business generation and portfolio development related to emerging technologies and SAP solutions in heterogeneous system landscapes.
• Participating in bid teams for proposal creation and quality assurance.
• Supporting the development of junior colleagues in SAP architecture and technology within projects.

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant and developer, preferably with SAP HCM/HXM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP FIORI/UI5, ABAP (OO).
• Proven experience in industries such as public sector, automotive, healthcare, and manufacturing in the D-A-CH region.
• Certifications in relevant SAP areas and architecture methodologies.
• Language skills:
  German (C1 or higher), English (C1).
• Strong experience in digitalization topics and current technology trends.
• Knowledge of software development, cloud solutions, and web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js) is a plus.
