VP of Automotive Delivery - German Market

Description

The VP of Automotive Delivery will be responsible for managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of services to Mobica Automotive customers. This role includes accountability for revenue and margin within assigned accounts, as well as planning, implementation, and delivery of services by Mobica's Onshore and Offshore teams. The role involves negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of Quality of Service and KPIs agreed upon during the contract process.

The Customer Success Manager will proactively seek to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner and build deep relationships at all levels to understand needs and priorities.
  • Be responsible for renewing and expanding a portfolio of business.
  • Follow market trends and propose improvements to customers.
  • Track customer satisfaction and conduct regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Implement correction programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Contribute to shaping the direction of our Customer Service team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve Mobica's strategic goals.
  • Qualifications
    • 5+ years of proven customer management experience leading to account growth and retention.
    • Deep understanding of the Automotive Sector and Technologies.
    • Strong consulting skills with a track record as a trusted advisor.
    • Proficiency in German (verbal and written).
    • Ability to resolve escalations and influence outcomes.
    • Experience in a self-managed environment with high attention to detail.
    • Success in managing complex strategies and projects.
    • High emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Leadership and management abilities.
    • Advanced project management knowledge.
    • Technical background in the software service industry is a plus.
