Rose Mount's Institute of English Language, Dehradun:
Established in 1999, Rose Mount’s Institute of Languages is a leading English language school in Dehradun, the capital city of the beautiful state of Uttarakhand in Northern India. We provide a wide range of English courses and exam preparation classes to both local and international students.

English Language Courses:
The syllabus for the different levels is mapped according to CEFR for languages - A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2. The syllabus is also authenticated by QAI London, an independent body.

General English Courses:
Students on our General English courses work together to develop all four skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. These courses are offered at different levels:

• Beginner Course: Takes you from Basic to Low Intermediate level
• Foundation Course: Takes you from Beginner Level to Foundation level 
• Pre-Intermediate Course: Takes you from Foundation to Pre-intermediate level
• Intermediate Course: Takes you from Low Intermediate level to High Intermediate level 
 
Short English Language Course - 3 weeks:
The focus of this course is Conversational English. Students have four hours of lessons every morning for five days a week, which leaves them with plenty of time to explore their surroundings, go for short treks into the mountains, explore the local bazaars or go on a historical visit. 

English for University Entrance & International Opportunities:
This programme has been designed for University Entrance all over the world. The students have the choice to train for IELTS, TOEFL, CAE, PTE or SAT examinations. 

Rose Mount has been a market leader in North India for these courses, and has immense experience in preparing for such examinations.

Our students receive exhaustive preparation material and problem solving sessions. We have more than 3000 successful students to our credit. Our internationally certified institute is also an official IELTS test facilitation center.

The exam study material used in the classroom is regularly updated, and follows the latest trend of the exam.

Students are encouraged to sit in the library and do extra practice (we also have an online computer lab). Headphone, cassette, audio players are provided to the students for listening sessions.

Rose Mount offers both short term and long term courses.
The demand for high-level English language skills is constantly increasing around the world. Passing the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) shows that you really are a high achiever in English proficiency.

Globally, more than 3,000 educational institutions, businesses and government departments accept the CAE as proof of high-level achievement.

Business English Course - BULATS:Rose Mount offers both short term and long term courses.

Produced and coordinated by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, BULATS is a set of language benchmarking and assessment tools used for business, industry and commerce, specifically by companies and organisations which need a highly reliable way of assessing the language ability of groups of employees or trainees.

BULATS is a multilingual service, offering parallel tests in English, German, French and Spanish.

Corporate / Group Programmes:
Rose Mount provides corporate ESL training, as well as programmes other mainstream colleges/ universities and international high schools where we provide language and communication solutions as well as English teacher training courses.

English Courses for Children / Young Learners:
In addition, we offer English courses for young learners which are great for the children. The classes are activity and project work based.

The English for Young Learners programme has been designed specifically for Young learners. The material, teaching, activities are age-specific.
