Culinary Arts - Italian Home Cooking
Study for 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 8 / 12 weeks. Taught in English or Italian
In our summer culinary arts courses, you can learn all about Italian cooking and Tuscan wine.

At the instructor's strong request, we limit the class a maximum of 3-8 students, therefore, you can experience almost one-to-one lessons.

All-inclusive Summer Program:
Study for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks. Taught in English or Italian.
This program allows you to personalize your own course curriculum, by selecting and exploring 1 or 2 majors for each week.

Every week you will engage in guided art-visits, and twice a month, you will enjoy cultural excursions in the Florence area and Tuscany region.

Accommodation is also included in this program.
