Founded by the legendary, award-winning chef Alain Ducasse, Ducasse Education is a leading culinary school in France. We provide intensive summer and year-round culinary programs for international students from around the world.

We have two schools: Centre Formation Alain Ducasse in Argenteuil, a north-western Paris suburb; and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department in south-central France.

Taught in English or French by top-level chef instructors, our cooking courses combine hands-on training with applied theory and demonstration classes to teach you excellent culinary and baking skills. In addition, our internship programs give you the opportunity to see what life at an authentic French restaurant is really like.

- 5 minutes from the A86 highway
- 20 minutes from the Porte Maillot (Paris)
- 30 minutes from the Charles de Gaulle airport

It can also be reached by the RER metro line or by trains of the French railroad SNCF. Private parking is available.
