With two campuses in the Fukuoka area (in the Kyushu Island region) of southern Japan, NILS Japanese Language School provides a range of short and long-term Japanese language courses to students from all over the world.

Location and Facilities:

Our Fukuoka Campus (the main campus for students in our short term programs) is located near the central area of Fukuoka City, just 1 minute's walk from Nishitetsu Ohashi Station. Our Ogori City campus, about 30 minutes from Fukuoka City, houses the students in our intensive programs (long-term programs).

Fukuoka City is a bustling city of modern buildings, that offers a number of important museums and sites to visit, as well as beautiful scenery and  a moderate climate. Fukuoka International Airport is one of the most conveniently located airports of Japan, very close to Fukuoka city, and is the one of biggest International gateways for the whole of Asia.

We can help you to locate the best accommodation for the duration of your studies. A homestay program is available so you can stay with carefully selected families and truly immerse yourself in the Japanese lifestyle. We also have school dormitories located only 5-10 minutes away from the school. Private apartments are also available.
