Goethe-Institut:
The Goethe-Institut provide a range of year-round German language programs to adults, college students and teenagers from around the world at our 11 institutes in Germany, each with its own individual profile and identity. Our schools are located in Munich in Bavaria, Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Göttingen, Hamburg, Mannheim-Heidelberg, and Schwäbisch Hall.

German Language Courses:
Whether you want to learn German for everyday life, your job, to study at a German university or college, or just out of interest, the Goethe-Institut is your partner for learning German successfully through qualified instruction.

Intensive German Course:
2, 4 & 8 week study options
The intensive course program focuses fully on your success as a learner. You won’t just be learning German intensively – our multifaceted cultural and recreational programme puts you in touch with the country and its people. 

You will learn German systematically in a group matched to your language level. Our intensive courses are systematically laid out, with each course building on the contents of the previous level.

They can be combined to plan a learning stay that lasts several months. At the end of your course you can take one of our examinations, which are recognised around the world.

Further Intensive German Courses:
- Deutsch 50 Plus: 2-week course for people in the best years of their lives. 40 units of instruction (45 minutes each)
- Vario Course: Minimum duration: one week. Participants are integrated into existing groups matching their level.

Premium Courses for Small Groups - SuperIntensive or Intensive courses:
If you would like to improve your German as much as possible in a short time or need flexibility in your scheduling, our premium courses can be tailor-made to suit you. 

We provide small group courses for companies and individuals, company courses and one-to-one instruction. 

The contents, intensity and duration of the course are defined by your specific requirements and learning goals. Our courses also cover intercultural issues and German for polite everyday interactions.Choose from the following courses:

- Premium SuperIntensive 1: One week, 40 units of instruction (45 minutes each)
- Premium SuperIntensive 2: Two Weeks, units of instruction (45 minutes each)
- Premium Intensive 4 plus: Four Weeks, 80 units of instruction plus 32 units of instruction (45 minutes each) practice program
- Individual and Small-Group Classes for 1-8 students. Material covered in classes is defined by your (or your groups) prior knowledge and learning objectives.
- Company Courses: Qualified German language training for your staff. In a personal consultation, we will work with you to design a suitable course program.

German Courses for Professionals:
Whether you need to learn German to carry out your day-to-day work or want to improve your employment prospects, we can help you to quickly and effectively develop the language skills you need for your career. 

You’ll also become familiar with cultural differences and everyday manners in Germany. Our cultural and leisure-time program will include company tours and opportunities to talk with people working in your field. Choose from the following courses:

In all courses you’ll have access to the media resource center for individual practice and study. All course materials are included. 

German Exam Preparation Courses:
The Goethe Institute's examinations and certificates are regarded as the recognised standards by many educational institutions and major corporations.

We provide special courses to prepare you for these examinations and certificates, which are the best way of documenting your German language skills.

TestDaF Preparation Course - 4 weeks:
The TestDaf examination is recognized by all colleges and universities in Germany. In our training courses, you will receive instruction from specialized teachers as well as individual advice and support.

You'll become familiar with the TestDaF exam, practice the various question types in all sections of the exam and improve your language skills.

DSH Preparation Course - 8 weeks:
DSH stands for "Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausländischer Studienbewerber" (German language university entrance exam for foreign students). DSH preparation is carried out under our Intensiv 8 course program at the Goethe Institut in Mannheim-Heidelberg. 

For advanced students (Level B2 – C1), an eight-week DSH preparatory course is offered in February/March and August/September before the university semester begins. 

For beginners, the courses systematically present the structures of the German language over a period of 8–10 months with the goal of taking the DSH examination for university admission.

C2 Exam Preparation Course - varying lengths:
If you wish to prepare for the Goethe-Zertifikat C2 exam (Grosses Deutsches Sprachdiplom), you can take an exam preparation course at our Frankfurt or Munich learning centres.

Suitable for learners with language skills at the C2 level, the length and intensity of the courses vary, depending on the location. Our highly-qualified trainers have many years of examination experience and are specialized in exam preparation.

Culture Program & Leisure Activities:
Complementing our German language programs is an exciting cultural and leisure-time program, with group activities for you and your classmates to discover the city you are living in, and enjoy culture, sports and leisure time together.
