Proyecto Peru Centre, Cusco:
Proyecto Peru is a Spanish language centre in Cusco, Peru. We specialize in teaching Spanish and Quechua to foreigners and we also organize volunteer projects and internships. We offer a summer Spanish course which has been specially developed for students who want to learn Spanish as efficiently as possible while enjoying a holiday in Peru. Our summer Spanish program lasts for one month. Homestay accommodation with a local Peruvian host family is included in the program.

Summer Spanish Program in Cusco includes:

- Spanish Lessons:
Students will have 4 hours of classes from Monday to Friday for a total of 80 hours of Spanish during the month. There are groups from beginners to advanced students. You will complete a test to ensure that you are placed in a group with students at the same level. The class size will be a maximum of 4 students. The school of Proyecto Peru has a small and familiar atmosphere in which you will feel at home immediately. We offer weekly activities, like a welcome dinner, movie night, salsa class and cooking class.

- Homestay Accommodation:
When you arrive in Cusco, we will pick you up at the airport and bring you to your guest family. Living with a family gives you the opportunity to experience the Peruvian culture and the hospitality of the local people. You can practice your Spanish with the family and you will enjoy the variety of the Peruvian kitchen through the daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.

- Weekend Excursions:
In the weekends you will have excursions with your fellow students to the most interesting places in Peru. We will do a city tour, in which we will visit the most important ruins and buildings in and around Cusco. We will also visit The Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca (the largest lake in South America) and Machu Picchu - one of the 7 world wonders!

- Volunteer Programs:
Unfortunately, in the city and the region of Cusco there is a lot of poverty. Proyecto Peru offers all the students the possibility to work as a volunteer on one of our projects during their stay.
