Summer 2022 Saxophone Programme for Talented Young Musicians:
Are you searching for an summer saxophone camp in the UK for talented teenagers? The Ingenium Academy International Summer School for Music provides residential music camps for young musicians ages 14-18 in the beautiful and historic city of Winchester (one hour south west of London) in the south of England. Students can choose to stay for 1 week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks. We offer a exceptional saxophone programme for young musicians wishing to expand their repertoire, improve all aspects of their saxophone playing, and gain ensemble playing experience.

Summer Saxophone Programme:
Designed for 14-18 year olds from around the world. An audition video is required.

• Celebrate the versatility of the saxophone! This summer music camp is designed for young saxophonists who love to play any of the different types of saxophone.

• Students receive solo and ensemble tuition daily, allowing them to develop and improve all aspects of their playing.

• They will also gain performance experience and explore the capabilities of their instrument while discovering new repertoire and styles. They will have the opportunity to perform in quartets and ensembles, as well as with students studying on other programmes at Ingenium. 

• Students will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge of all periods and styles of music, from Baroque to Minimalism to Jazz.

Musical Workshops:
Given by the very best teachers and players from the London jazz scene, our workshops allow saxophone students to learn, develop, and improve their jazz improvisation, articulation and sound.

Other Summer Programmes:
Our international summer music camp offers five exceptional musical programmes: voice, piano, saxophone, conducting and orchestral programmes, as well as a range of musical and vocal workshops in jazz, classical, pop, gospel and opera.
