This summer, The French House Party offers a rare opportunity to learn song-writing in France from one of the world's best musical lyricists! Located on the outskirts of the historic town of Carcassonne in South-West France, we provide superior all-inclusive experience holidays to adults from around the world, including a 4-day residential songwriting course with renowned New York singer-songwriter Dean Friedman, one of contemporary music's most original lyricists. All classes are conducted in English. 4-Day Summer Songwriting Course with Dean Friedman:
• Our all-inclusive residential course includes 3 days of group instruction workshops, jamming sessions, one-to-one tuition, writing, performances and the bonus of a privately-arranged Dean Friedman evening gig. 

• Each day, students will be given specific songwriting assignments, individually and/or in pairs, tailored to explore some of the basic principles of the craft of songwriting. 

• All meals will be taken with Dean at home.
