The Australian Embassy in Copenhagen, Denmark does not process visa or citizenship applications for Australia. For clients resident in Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland or Norway visa processing is undertaken electronically through the online ‘eVisa' service, or by processing centres in Australia, or by the immigration office at the Australian Embassy in Berlin, Germany.

If applicants hold a passport from the European Union (including Denmark), Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland or Vatican City they can apply electronically free of charge for a visa to visit Australia for a holiday. They do not need to make an application for a visa at an Australian Embassy. All passport holders of these countries can apply online, free of charge for a 3 month visitor visa. This visa is called an eVisitor. 

Payment at the Embassy in Copenhagen can be made by cash payment (Danish Kroner only) or via bank transfer at least three (3) banking days prior to the scheduled appointment. The Embassy does not accept credit or debit cards.
