• Issuance of passports;
• Issuance of criminal records;
• Assistance to Norwegian citizens in case of emergencies.

In case Norwegian passport is lost or stolen abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police and the Norwegian Embassy should be contacted to apply for a new passport.

Starting November 9^th, 2015 applicants can no longer submit their applications for visa or residence permit at Norwegian Embassy in Belgium. They must submit it at one of the following Embassies in Europe:

• Athens
• Rome
• Madrid
• Berlin
• Copenhagen
• Stockholm
• The Hague
• Bern
• Reykjavik

Citizens of Belgium do not need visas to visit Norway.

The Embassy and Consulates are closed on public holidays.
