In case of lost Russian passport abroad, Consular Section of the Russian Embassy can issue a return certificate (temporary document) to return to the Russian Federation. Also, a police report about the lost passport must be obtained from the local police.

Belgian nationals need visas to visit Russian Federation. Applicants must submit:

  • Valid passport;
  • Visa application form filled in in Russian or in English;
  • 1 photo;
  • An official invitation letter from a Russian organization or an acknowledgment of a foreign tourist organization (if the purpose of stay is tourism);
  • Medical insurance;
  • Documents confirming the legality of stay in Belgium

Visa processing time is 3-5 working days.
