In case of lost Russian passport abroad, Consular Section of the Russian Embassy can issue a return certificate (temporary document) to return to the Russian Federation. Also, a police report about the lost passport must be obtained from the local police.

Spanish citizens are required to hold a tourist visa to visit Russia. Visa requirements:

• Completed visa application.
• Valid national passport.
• One picture of an applicant.
• Paid visa fee.
• Invitation to Russia from a host person or organization.

Consular payments must be made with credit cards only (except American Express).

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
