  • Issuance of passports;
  • Issuance of requested documents;

  • Pensions and social issues.

In case of lost Russian passport abroad, Consular Section of the Russian Embassy can issue a return certificate (temporary document) to return to the Russian Federation. Also, a police report about the lost passport must be obtained from the local police.

Starting April 25, 2016, all applications for Russian visas submitted in Thailand must be prepared using the Electronic Visa Application Form at https://visa.kdmid.ru

Russian visa applications prepared using the old format or a different way will not be accepted.

Thai nationals can stay in Russia up to 30 days without a visa. For longer periods of stay they must apply for a visa at the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Bangkok. Holders of Thai diplomatic and official passports can stay in Russia up to 90 days without a visa.

The Embassy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Russian public holidays.
