Slovenian Embassy in Switzerland is responsible for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

• Assistance to Slovenian citizens who lost their documents and money;
• Change of residence or stay;
• Visa information;
• Marriage in the Kingdom of Spain.

As of 12 December 2008, when Switzerland joined the Schengen area foreign nationals legally residing in Switzerland (i.e. holders of a Schengen visa or a Swiss residence permit C, B or L or diplomatic cards), do not require a visa to enter or transit Slovenia. This rule applies to nationals of any country, for persons with recognised UN refugee passports and UNMIK passports.
