The Embassy provides these consular services:

In case of lost passport, South Korean citizens should report the loss to the local police and obtain a police notification. This notification will be needed when applying for an emergency passport at the South Korean Embassy.
Since Spain has signed visa exemption agreement with the Republic of Korea, Spanish passport holders do not require a visa to enter South Korea for stays of up to 90 days in 180-day period, on the condition that they will not engage in remunerated activities during their stay.
