The Australian Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia does not process visa or citizenship applications. For clients resident in Croatia visa processing is undertaken electronically through the online ‘eVisa’ service, or by processing centres in Australia, or by the immigration office at the Australian Embassy in Vienna, Austria.

Passport holders of the European Union, including Croatia, or holders of passports from Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City can apply online for an ‘eVisitor visa’. This visa allows travellers to visit Australia for three months at a time and travel to and enter Australia on multiple occasions within 12 months from the date the visa is granted.

All passengers other than Australian and New Zealand citizens need to present the following documents to officers in immigration clearance:

• a valid passport or other acceptable travel document
• a valid visa or authority to enter Australia (including electronic visas)
• a completed and signed Incoming Passenger Card, including health and character declaration.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
