An appointment is required for all passport, visa and immigration and notarial services provided by the Australian Embassy, Tel Aviv.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Passports;
  • Assisting Australians in emergencies;
  • Taxation issues;
  • International driving permits;
  • Birth, marriage and death certificates;
  • Police clearances;
  • Marriage overseas;
  • Authentications and apostilles.

Australian citizens do not require tourist visa to visit Israel, but Israeli citizens need visas to visit Australia. Israeli citizens can apply online for a Visitor visa. Documents required:

  • Clear copy of the biota and signature pages of passport;
  • Clear copy of the last payslip;
  • Detailed bank statement for the last three months. The bank statement must show the details of the account holder;
  • Summary/report of investments/deposits/savings in the bank. The bank statement must show the details of the account holder;
  • Copy of the Discharge Certificate from the IDF.
  • Additional documentation.

The Embassy is closed on Public Holidays.
