2-Year Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Embedded Systems Engineering:
Taught in English and German, this 2-year graduate degree program is 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) points.
It is open to graduate students who have obtained a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in embedded systems, physics, computer science, electronic or electrical engineering, or in a closely related engineering field.
This graduate program has a flexible curriculum that consists of courses in the following areas: Design of microelectronic and micromechanic devices; System integration; Software based components; System optimisation regarding speed, cost and energy efficiency; and Safety and reliability.
Six different concentration areas are offered:
- Design and simulation
- Reliable embedded systems
- Distributed systems
- Sensors and actuators
- Robotics and computer visions
Students are taught through lectures, lab courses, exercises, projects and seminars.
The state-of-the art equipment at our laboratories allows for a hands-on teaching style that combines research and teaching.
