Student Reviews:• "Before finding Le Fashion Lab I wanted to learn the craft of sewing, in order to pursue my dreams of becoming a fashion designer. So far I’ve taken Beginning and Intermediate Sewing, Intro to Fashion & Sketching, and Patternmaking.
I’ve learned many skills including how to thread the machine, change the bobbin, use a serger, as well as how to take measurements of live models/people to make garments.
Now I can are actually make clothes including designing my own patterns, as well as drafting the things I always wanted to create. Thank you Le Fashion Lab!"

• "Fashion design had always interested me so I decided to sign up for some beginner courses. My goal was to find an enjoyable creative outlet and also find out if it was something I had a passion for. I have taken sewing, pattern making, draping, adobe illustrator, fashion design and sketching, and illustration classes.
Some of the things I’ve learned are: How to sew dresses, shirts, skirts, and jackets; how to understand and draft my own patterns; I’ve also learned the process of designing a collection.
Thanks to the schooling I’ve received from Le Fashion Lab, I’ve discovered that fashion design is something I want to pursue as a career. I’ve been able to build a portfolio with the work I’ve done in my classes and, because of that, I’ve been accepted to SCAD as a fashion design major."
