French Cooking / Pastry Certificate Programs:
Available year-round, except for the month of August. Students in these courses choose a specialized Cooking OR Pastry module.
• Discover Program Duration: 1 week or 2 weeks. You will have 4 hours of hands-on classes daily, 5 days per week (total of 20 or 40 hours).
This short culinary program is designed especially for non-professionals or "amateurs" who wish to discover French cooking or pastry.
Our primary goal is that you learn a lot of recipes, and enjoy your stay with us in Miami. All of your weekends are free.
We will provide many tips and a lot of expert advice on how to make dishes or desserts easily, and to produce very tasty food with beautiful decoration and presentation. Students work in team of two to help each other.
• 1 Month Gourmet Program Duration: 4 weeks. You will have 4 hours of hands-on classes daily, 5 days per week (total of 80 hours).
Designed for beginners or culinary professionals wishing to learn or improve their knowledge in French Cooking or Pastry, this short program is taught at a 1 Michelin star level.
Our teachers will provide you with many tips and lots of advice in order to help you to develop professionally and learn new skills. All your weekends are free.
• 2 Month Epicure Program Duration: 8 weeks. You will have 4 hours of hands-on classes daily, 5 days per week (total of 160 hours).
Suitable for both beginners and professional who wish to learn French Cooking or Pastry, or improve their current knowledge, this program is taught at a 1 Michelin star level.
It comprises 2 Modules (each 4 weeks long) with different dishes along with a higher level of difficulty taught in the second month.
