Founded in 1999, we provide a 3-year Bachelor Degree in Pastry Arts taught in English or French in our state-of-the-art training institute.

The program includes two 5-month internships - real world experience in a working French restaurant. French culinary students, pastry arts students, and international practicing chefs have benefited from the highest level of instruction at Ducasse Education - the school of the award-winning chef whose restaurants had a combined total of 21 Michelin stars in 2014.
Bachelor in French Pastry Arts Program:
- 3-year pastry arts & management degree program (taught in English or French)
- Includes two 5-month internships + final year project
This intensive hands-on skills program with practical internship teaches the highest standards expected at top restaurants.
Students learn the fundamental techniques and recipes of French pastry arts and have the opportunity to create a range of desserts for top restaurants & hotels. At the end of the course, graduates will be able to apply for a Pastry Chef position.
