The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing on‑site emergency and repair support to the responsible Project Manager consistent with determined scopes of work, margins, timelines and insurance carrier specifications. The Site Supervisor works on larger losses, directing all stakeholders to a timely completion of repairs.
What You Will Do- Maintain effective communication with Project Manager, sub trades and homeowners to ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Provide regular status reports on claim progress
- Work within quotes and estimates, always confirming target margins are met
- Ensure project requirements are being fulfilled and deadlines/milestones are achieved
- Ensure adherence to Emergency Phase and Repair Phase timelines as per established Service Master standard operating procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholder: i.e Adjusters, Property Managers, Homeowners & Insurance Representatives
- Ensure site photos are uploaded throughout the claim process
- Ensure compliance with all site safety protocols
- Provide on‑call support as required
- 5 years experience in the Restoration (Large Loss) or Construction industry preferred
- Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification is an asset
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification is an asset
- Detailed understanding of the reconstruction process
- Knowledge of building codes regulating construction trade
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent leadership and site management skills
- Skilled at managing multiple projects, opportunity analysis and decision making
- Professional in dealing with customers
