Call Center Representative Position

Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive team player to join us as a full time Call Center Representative.

We operate 7 days/week, 6 am to midnight. This is a full time, permanent position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service
  • Assist other Representatives as required depending on call volumes and/or specialization
  • Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and/or other parties using the equipment, training and/or tools provided by SNT.
  • Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required
  • Respond to crew questions in a timely manner
  • Complete all required paperwork
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can manage time sensitive situations and remain calm, patient, respectful
  • Very organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Thinks outside the box and can problem solve quickly and creatively
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the lower mainland
  • Great team player that is supportive and helpful to co-workers in a stressful environment and provide a high-level customer service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, computer literate with good keyboarding skills
  • Comfortable working independently
EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in the health care field is an asset
