Respirologist Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre

The Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Respirologist for a one-year period starting July 2025.

The successful candidate will join the Respirology group practice, providing inpatient and on-call services. Current services include pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, and access to bronchoscopy.

Abbotsford Regional Hospital offers inpatient coverage on the internal medicine unit managed by the GIM MRP group, as well as hospitalist units. It hosts multiple internal medicine subspecialty groups including nephrology, neurology, cardiology, gastroenterology, and infectious diseases.

Applicants must have passed the Royal College Examination in Internal Medicine & Respirology and demonstrate sufficient clinical experience in all areas of Respirology. Experience in interventional respirology and pulmonary fibrosis is considered an asset.

Abbotsford Regional Hospital & Cancer Centre is a 272-bed, University of BC affiliated hospital offering a range of services including medical, surgical, obstetrics, inpatient pediatrics, renal, cardiology, tertiary palliative care, and 24/7 emergency services with 69,000 visits annually.
