Position Summary

This part-time, contracted position works as part of our Assessment Clinic team, including Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work and a Pediatrician. Our clinic is contracted through PHSA to provide team based diagnostic assessments for Complex Developmental Behavioural Conditions and Autism. In addition, we offer privately funded assessments.

Job Qualifications
  • Current registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia
  • Training at the doctoral level in child clinical psychology, pediatric neuropsychology, or a closely related area.
  • Recent related experience in child and adolescent assessment and diagnosis
  • Qualified Specialist Training an asset, but will facilitate training for the right candidate.
Skills & Abilities
  • Exemplary communication skills – ability to listen, communicate and present ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, including the ability to present information in an accessible way to a variety of audiences.
  • Efficient time management - ability to manage and complete tasks within allotted time.
  • Proficiency in computer skills related to report writing and to recording and managing data.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with variety of professionals.
