The IT Technical Business Analyst position plays a crucial role within our team at the Australian Childhood Foundation, supporting the smooth and effective operation of our technology systems. This role focuses on providing technical expertise in areas such as Salesforce administration, website administration, data analytics and reporting, system integration, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and provide technical support for technology solutions.

We provide specialist therapeutic services, advocacy, and education programs underpinned by the latest research in neuroscience, attachment, and trauma. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the field of Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in delivering strategic projects involving stakeholders cross functional teams.
• Proven experience in projects which involves implementation of Data Management and Business Intelligence reporting solutions.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
• A current and valid Working with Children Check and National Police Records Clearance
