We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. This role supports the overall operations of our organization through effective cleaning and maintenance practices.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, hallways, rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning needs or maintenance issues
• Ensure janitorial materials are clean, orderly, and in stock
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to management promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties
• Power washing and snow removal on building envelope
• Go beyond routine tasks regularly
• Document events and damages
• Perform minor repairs

• Previous experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary
• Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and management
