• Lead resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Complete assessments & personalized care plans
• Provide medications, treatments, and wound care
• Use Point Click Care for electronic documentation and MDS assessments
• Liaise with families, physicians
  , and other health professionals
• Delegate tasks and provide leadership as Charge Nurse
• Participate in care conferences and medication reviews

• Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Proficient in eMAR and electronic documentation
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Long-term care experience preferred
