Full-Time Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Manager in Training and Part-Time Team Leaders to join our amazing team for our
Seven Oaks Shopping Centre, Abbotsford, BC location.

• A minimum of 1 plus years’ experience as a part of a Retail Store Management team
• Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales
• Passionate about delivering quality customer service
• Provide ongoing and effective training and coaching to all employees
• Regularly assess employee performance using available tools and provide constructive feedback on progress and development
• Commit to retaining the best talent by creating an environment where employees feel valued and respected
• React with a sense of urgency to recruitment needs while utilizing all tools available
• Ensure visual merchandising and marketing directions are implemented as per visual directives, within required time frames
• Ensure strategic and successful inventory management, including the prompt completion of markdowns
• Ensure store meets sales and wage cost objectives, utilizing available resources to maximize business opportunities and respond strategically and promptly to fluctuations in the business
• Ensure loss prevention policies and practices are adhered to, in order to achieve shrink target
• A team player and true leader who can grow and develop people
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Pay Range: $19.00 – $32.00/Hour
