Job SummaryAs a Junior Mobile App Engineer, you will collaborate with a small, fast‑moving team to design, build, and maintain high‑quality React Native iOS and Android applications. You will grow your technical expertise while contributing to a product that helps musicians worldwide.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in React Native
- Implement new features and improve existing applications
- Test and debug mobile applications
- Integrate UX/UI designs
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide input
- Participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Write unit and UI tests
- Support the QA cycle
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in mobile app development - Continuously learn and develop technical skills
- Use version control tools (Git)
- Document work and contribute to technical documentation
- Some experience with React Native or general mobile app development (1+ year)
- Familiarity with both Android and iOS development environments
- Basic knowledge of working with APIs and integrating third‑party services
- Familiarity with mobile app UI and UX best practices
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control practices
- Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and development techniques
