It Technician

Location:Llantrisant

Lenght: Intially 3 months

Payment: Competitive Inside IR35

Working Pattern: 5 days a week on site Full Time working

We're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Llantrisant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about technology and eager to grow within a fast-paced IT environment.

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across hardware, software, and network issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

• Support Active Directory, Exchange, and remote support tools

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for tech users

• Work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong working knowledge of cyber security best practices would be highly advantageous.
