An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Outpatient Secretary to join our administration team. This is a full‑time post based at Links Unit, City Hospital, Aberdeen.
Key responsibilities:
- Co‑ordination of appointments using Trak Care.
- Responsibility for notifying patients of their appointment(s) in writing or by email/telephone.
- Management of administration processes relating to the Waiting List.
- Respond to queries from patients and staff via telephone, email and in‑person.
- Provide reception cover on an ad‑hoc basis when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage own workload.
- Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
